After a morning meeting, my AA Home Group at the church at 0700, I had a quiet house to myself until H returned from Pilates at Lifetime. I managed some invoicing activity (end of the month) and some communications back-n-forth with clients and tech partners. Then I had an early lunch with a Naval Academy buddy, Dave Priddy. great guy, great lunch.
Car wash and some pickups at the butcher, and then back to write more on the Demand Management articles, and also to create a 20-minute training, a deeper dive on HOW to manage Business Qualification and Prioritization, the 2 elements that require the bulk of the effort in managing demand for resources.
A movie at 1745–the 10th in the Fast & Furious series, while H is at th church with the high school ministry group.
